We process Person to Person withdrawals Mondays through Sundays from
9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET. Payouts are processed only under the
account holder's name.
Red Option:
The minimum amount to be sent is $100 and the maximum is $850. Fees
range from $17 to $57 according to the amount. When the transaction
qualifies to be your free payout, 5Dimes will cover $40 of the fee
charged. Please check with our Customer Service Staff for
availability on payouts via this method.
It takes up to 24 hours after the withdrawal is processed to receive
your reference number needed to pick up the transfer. It is possible
this number will be available after 7:00 pm ET on the day of the
request. If the number is not available at that time, it will be
available after 10:00am ET the following day.
Green Option:
The minimum amount to be sent is $100 and the maximum is $2500. Fees range from $15 to $110 according to the amount. When the transaction qualifies to be your free payout, 5Dimes will cover $40 of the fee charged. You must contact our Customer Service Staff to check your eligibility to receive a payment through this option.
It takes up to 24 hours after the withdrawal is processed to receive the information required to pick up your transaction.
Remember, Person to Person redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET may qualify to be sent free of charge or to have a discount applied on the processing fee if no payouts have been processed in your account during the past 30 days. If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free withdrawal. You are allowed ONE free withdrawal every 30 days only. If you wish to wait 30 days and until a Monday to have your redemption processed for free, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live
Help. You may also call 1-800-430-5896. Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed having the corresponding fees applied without exceptions.
5Dimes holds no liability for funds sent to clients blacklisted by the Green Option processor. For clients taking payouts via the Green Option that have not deposited using this method, 5Dimes cannot be held liable for funds frozen by the processor. Any frozen funds due to a blacklisted receiver name are considered gone and will not be refunded at any time. Clients depositing using this method under their names will have no issues redeeming funds through it. |
